The gravel is down, and spread – simply waiting on the cement truck to stop by. The truck arrived, poured some concrete, and left. Here’s some quick pictures of the results.  

After the footings had been inspected (and passed!) it was now time to start loading up the gravel. So, bring on the trucks!

With the digging complete, we could begin with the first basic steps of construction – footings! The first visit by the cement truck produced this result.

This is where we began.  An empty space – dead grass.  A few flags……

Well, all construction projects begin with dirt.  A few machines show up, and begin to commence digging. Here’s a few shots.
